Jon has over 18 years property insurance claim and field technician experience. Having begun his career with NRMA, he has managed claims for a very wide range of insurers. Jon oversees all operations to ensure high level service is provided through all stages of property damage events and claims.

Charlie has over 12 years property claims management experience, and has managed claims for just about every insurance company that’s out there. Charlie has always been a star favourite of clientele for delivering claims through to completion in amazingly fast time frames, troubleshooting challenges, providing proactive communication & making the client’s life a whole lot easier.
